WHERE????

Jo Anne Wilson can plan a visit to any of the following:

Provence & The Vaucluse  **
Forty-five minutes due east of the historic city of Avignon lies the town of Apt and the nearby village of Saignon. The French high-speed train, the TGV, makes daily trips between Paris (either in the city or the airport Charles de Gaulle) and Avignon. You can also fly into Marseille.

Beyond Provence  **
Just north of the Vaucluse lies the department of the Ardèche. Situated in the foothills of the Cevennes Mountains, the region boasts some of the most beautiful river gorges in all of France. Tucked away in the foothills lies the town of St. Paul le Jeune and the hamlet of Les Monèdes. The TGV will take you from Paris directly to the city of Nîmes. Visit the Roman amphitheatre and other historic sites. You're just forty-five minutes from St. Paul le Jeune.

Paris  **
If you have the time and energy, you can extend your visit to include a few days in Paris. Let Jo Anne organize your hotel stay and visits to museums, markets, and unique shopping opportunities.

Roadsign

Saignon lies in the heart of the Luberon close to other villages made famous by British author Peter Mayle in his book A Year In Provence. You'll be just minutes from the villages of Bonnieux and Menerbes yet only a forty-five minute drive to the city of Aix-en-Provence and a short one and one half hours to the Mediterranean seaport of Marseille.
